Rachel's is OK - but the stamp is a cringeworthy choice.
Jessica's is ho-hum and one last kick-myself for not using just read and purple.
The birthday greetings to Sue probably offend me the least because the stamps coordinate fairly well.
And Grace deserves a replacement because it is *arf-y.* Grace has done a couple envelopes with similar lettering in the background - except she fills the entire envelope. I like her design and might do a second attempt at stealing it - but I might stick closer to what she does. Part of stealing (or being inspired) by ideas is not doing exactly the same as what someone else did --- but sometimes straying too far misses the feature that made the element successful.
