I'm pretty sure this was Cliff's first envelope exchange. It was ironic that I sent him a big bold script of his name on the first envelope I sent to him. I love-love-love the Celtic knot work design -- how it is hand done. I also like the giant address which I wish I could use - but sadly, there aren't many people with such short and tidy addresses.
That line on two sides and the second line that wraps part way around is another stealable idea. I probably won't do my version of this design on the May envelope to Cliff because it's so close to what I sent in April. It was fun to have Cliff sign up again.
It is now 6:40 am and the sun is up. I need to gird my loins, go outside and attack the weeds. At least I am more than a week ahead on the posts. I think I'll skip the add on today. Giving myself a day off on the add ons will be a tremendous help. Perhaps you are just killing time because you too have things you should be doing. Plus - today is sous vide the chuck roast day. Yup. My brother and SIL gave me their sous vide and I tried it once and I might become a serious sous vider.

I just tried to buy groceries. Then I realized I only have 2 hours to dry brine. Grrrr. This is my Mother's Day dinner that I am working on. I was supposed to dry brine it overnight. Grrrr.

Spoiler alert - the 2 hr dry brine was adequate.
