i sometimes like to make parallel lines without a ruler to block in the space for the name. 90% of the time, i discard the envelope because it is a bad idea. but this time, i was OK with it. it would have been better if i had used a ruler. i liked the red crossbars and did not have this stamp in mind. after i did the lettering and saw the stamp, i thought, *oh, perfect* and i was even happier to notice, for the first time, that the lettering on the stamp seems to be a silver ink.
