These two orphan stamps found. a home on some green envelopes leftover from a 2024 holiday mailing. The bouncy Celtic/rune lettering has become one that I enjoy very much although I will probably move on to something else. The white started out with an acrylic marker with a wide bullet tip. Then it was outlines with a bold white gel pen. I hope the white on green was scanner. friendly.
I am continuing my request for clear scanner friendly addresses even though I miss the fanciful addressing of yesteryear. It seems impossible that the USPS would ever stop delivering letters - but if it can happen in Denmark - it could happen everywhere. Probably not in my lifetime.
