July Exchange from Christine - watercolor - two sided

Christine came up with a very clever way to send a watercolor without the stamp being part of the design. It was done on a sheet of fairly heavy watercolor paper, then folded into an envelope and the flip side had the stamp as well as the address and return address - which is covered up by the origami heart.

  1. You're right, Jean, that is a clever alternative to having the whole design be on the front.

    1. it solves the problems many of us have with the PO. but - i'm not sure i could give up having the stamp as part of the design - wait a minute --- if i did this - i wouldn't have to obsess over how the vintage stamps i am trying to use up looked - they could just serve their function....this might be a game changer for me.....
