July from KateR and Marti - Repetition

These two envelopes both use the design principle of repetition.

KateR used the sun off the Connecticut stamp and the stack of three shapes for her July envelope.

Marti's stamp did not have any pink flowers, but the propeller on the airplane reminds me of a flower. I regret not buying any of the Post Office mural stamps. They were so pretty. Her flowers would have looked nice with the cherry blossom stamps, too.

Note to beginners: repetition is one of the easiest ways to fill up space.
It is not entirely foolproof, but it's a pretty good place to get started.
