PTEX April from Patty

Really nice one from Patty. Again, I like the POs choice to put the cancel at the bottom. The wavy lines  just seem to be more at home in the water. Although - they might have been fine as clouds.

Super fun idea - to ombre the water and then also use both black and white lettering.
