Apr PTEX - from Carroll

I'm 99% sure that Carroll is the only one who would have sent mail from Vermont.

I need to experiment with that idea she had for the JW -  lots of possibilities. Adding white to a colored envelope is something to remember to do. As I have said a gazillion times - contrast can be your best friend.
