the top one was probably done when i borrowed joan gordon's parallel pen. i have never bought my own because then i would never get anything done.
the bottom one is unfinished because it has a bad over-all shape - drooping down and looking sad. hopefully, i will repair it and post the improved version to illustrate how to save things that are headed off on the wrong track.
*gasp* oh I do love the Kristen envelope....is it difficult to use a parrellel pen? ( spelling it correctly might be a good start LOL )
ReplyDeletei'm pretty sure the parallel pens are friendly. but i have learned from teaching that it is hard to predict which pens will work with which students. you just have to try them all. do you have a local guild where you can meet other scribes and try out pens?
