February Exchange - Sign-up

 

One of my go-to styles - note to self - add this one to your list of exemplars.
Or start a new blog called Exemplarpalooza.  This might not look like a very interesting design.  Or, if you like white space, it might be to your liking. That's part of the fun of the exchange. You have no idea what you will receive. 

To participate in the February exchange email me by the 4th and the lists will be sent on Feb 5th (or 6th at the latest)

You should receive an email from me confirming that I received your sign-up. If you do not hear from me - send another email.

Please send your info - in the following format. 

It is so helpful when I can copy and paste, rather than reformat your information, or find your email. 

Add (CARDS) after your name if you wish to exchange handmade cards.

Add (Birthday) at the bottom, if February is your birthday month.

Add (2 Lists) at the bottom, if you are willing to be on 2 lists - if I need to add people to make the lists come out even.
