From Leslie and Christine - in June - black

Leslie usually encloses a card. I keep forgetting to ask her if she encloses cards in all of her envelopes. If she does, we should put [CARDS] after her name on the list and then other people will send cards.

Below Leslie's card is a fun design done by Christine. I like how the design is inspired by the cactus. Or maybe it isn't. But it could have been. We'll never know.

June was the month of people adding extra stamps that were not absolutely needed. They look nice -- but the forever cactus flower would have been enough. Maybe it was the proportion of the envelope and the address label that made her feel like the extra stamp looked better. The additional spot of black does look nice.
