Apr PTEX to Jolene, Kristine, and Carolyn

On Jolene's it would have looked better to have an upright script on her name. The non-matching of the colors is also a problem for me.

After I used up all the dolls, I switched to some Forevers. The colors are nicer - but the designs are a bit blah.

I had to add some second colors -- but didn't have any good ideas for shapes - so we ended up with dots and hearts for Kristine and Carolyn.
