May to Jean from Grace - camp mail

Grace's lettering is so fun - and very tempting to try. It's going on the list.....

The stamps are old favorites - the 33-cent stamp caught my eye - so I looked up what year it was from - 1999-2001 were the years that stamps were 33-cents. So, they predate the blog - but, those were the years that my envelope *thing* was amping up - when I was sending 2-3 envelopes every week to my daughter who had gone away to college.

Here's another one from the stack of mail that will be handed out to my grandkids when they are at camp.

I had fun doing the camp mail - and thought it would loosen me up before I did the July exchange envelopes. It didn't. I ended up with only 2 ideas for July. It will be late August before they appear on the blog.
