Nancy's Flintstone

No matter how many Flintstone envelopes I declare are the last one, I keep finding more.

Nancy included a very nice e.e.cummings poem - which makes me miss my no-cap days.

I wonder how she made the balloon. I have seen where you dip balloons in paint and bop them on the paper to make a circle. one of those things- I-wanna-do....

  1. Ah, that was in the spring and the balloonman was around. I made the little balloons with watercolors and a rubber stamp. To get the big one I simply traced around a custard cup. At least it provided the second instance of using one of the must-buy-these custard cups that sit in my cupboard.

Btw, I love your blog and the exchanges. I liked the idea of adopting nursing home residents to whom we send mail once a month. If people are interested I could look into that idea. There is a nursing home in my hometown (My brother is in it.) or I could check with one of the local nursing homes.
