This popped up on Pinterest - another variation of Clothesline Caps. I saw Jane Farr's name in the corner and realized that I hadn't thought of her in a long time. Her last post on IG was 40 weeks ago and she stopped blogging in 2015.
Maybe she's switched gears or maybe she is too busy to keep up with her social media....

Outline the letters with a Glaze Pen - I had forgotten all about Glaze Pens.
Then color in and add a drop shadow with a white pen.
