    Apparently these stamps are textured as well, just to add to how cool they are.

    Yes, they are! I ordered them when I pre-ordered the Total Solar Eclipse stamps. I received them today.

    I bought them at the PO - and had not even noticed the texture. It is like a shiny embossing powder - raised *ink* - the paper itself is not embossed. But, it is a very nice effect.
