does it work?

my gut told me that the wrought iron lettering would never go with the batman stamp. i dunno. i rather like it. anyone care to weigh in?

  1. I was happy that I clicked on the envelope to make it larger. I didn't notice that you continued Batman's rope from the stamp and intertwined it through the letters. I really like that. I like the letters with the stamp. Do you hold two pens together to make the letters or are your hands that skilled that you can make steady lines at equal distances apart?

  2. this is jean responding on ellen's laptop: i write the name with the blue marker. it was a dottarific. then i outline with a black marker. probably a .5 pigma or zig. so, i guess i have gotten pretty good at eyeballing the distance between the strokes. but, i have discovered that most people have much better eye-ball-accuracy than they think. thank you for commenting :-)

  3. Very clever. I also like the little fins on the Y that are the same as Batman's gloves. The colors are also perfect. Doesn't matter that the lettering doesn't 'match' Batman, everything else is working really well.

  5. I think my meds are effecting my thinking. I don't know why I didn't think that you did the blue first and then outlined. Geez. Thanks for letting me know.
