this one arrived with only one 29 -cent stamp. but, if you look closely, you can see that there is a 1/4 of the cancel that is missing, where there had been a stamp. this might be gouache. it was definitely done with a pointed pen. it is worth it to learn how to write with a pointed nib and ink because this kind of writing is so much fun and once you have some basic shapes down, it is really fun to do loose casual scripts.
